E-Risk Services® Announces Relationship with Scottsdale Insurance Company and related subsidiaries (A+XV)

In connection with the Management Buy-Out of E-Risk Services announced on January 1, 2009, E-Risk Services, L.L.C. has entered into a General Agency Agreement with the Scottsdale Insurance Company and related subsidiaries* to be the issuing carrier of a suite of management liability insurance products for privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations through the Business and Management (BAM ™) package product.

Below are some additional details concerning this new arrangement:

• Scottsdale has an A.M. Best rating of (A+XV) Superior and a Standard and Poor‘s "A" rating.
• Our enhanced BAM ™ policy and applications are as easy to use as the ones you already know. Copies of the new policies and applications can be found on the BAM Broker Zone on our website.
