Subject:  New Online Training Course Module Added to E-Risk EPL HELPLINE:

This is an update to our 2/1/2010 release regarding the online training enhancement to the E-Risk EPL HELPLINE.

Effective immediately, an "employee" version of the Unlawful Harassment course has been added to the suite of services.  This new employee version will compliment the existing "managers/supervisors" version.  This enhancement is being made available at no additional cost and is included automatically for all E-Risk EPL policyholders.

What does this mean for your policyholders?

• They can now efficiently administer Unlawful Harassment training online to ALL of their employees whether in supervisory or non-supervisory roles.
  
• The training meets CA1825 and other state training requirements. This facilitates compliance for your policyholders while also saving them time and thousands of dollars in traditional training fees.
  
• Setup and administration is easy and self-service by the policyholder.  You do not need to memorize all the technical details.  Each E-Risk policyholder organization is contacted by our independent, third party risk management provider (the workplace HELPLINE®), and personally educated on how to use the E-Risk EPL HELPLINE program, including this new online training module.  Your policyholders can always contact HELPLINE’s customer service directly with any questions relating to this new enhancement at 1-877-568-6655.
