A newly formed company led by the current management team of E-Risk Services – Paul Tomasi, Michael Bigger, Neil Kransdorf, Steven Dyson and Neil Coffee, have purchased certain of the operating assets of the E-Risk Services business unit of Wachovia Insurance Agency. The newly formed company will operate under the E-Risk Services name from its offices based in Flanders, NJ.
