Will the online system, including branded technology work?
Yes, all online technology will provide indication of terms on Scottsdale paper. If you have any branded application pages hard-coded to your web site, please work with Neil Coffee at E-Risk to make any wording changes necessary to reflect the change-over to Scottsdale.

How will commission levels be impacted by the new structure?
Commission levels will remain the same under the new structure.

What coverage sections will apply with Scottsdale?
The BAM ™ product, including Directors & Officers (D&O) liability, Employment Practices (EPL) liability, Miscellaneous Professional and Technology/Media Professional Liability (E&O), Fiduciary liability, Management Insured (D&O/GPL/LLC) and Commercial Crime for privately held and not-for-profit organizations.

What policy and application will E-Risk Services be using?
E-Risk Services will be using a similar policy form. Endorsements and applications will also be similar. Click here for specimen policies and applications.

Will there be any policy or program enhancements?
Yes. We expect to be offering a Wage & Hour sublimit in the near future. In addition, we expect to implement a state of the art EPL risk management service during the 1st Q. We will keep you posted on these and other initiatives in development.

What paper will this policy be written on?

What is the rating of this paper?
A.M. Best A+ XV (Superior) and S&P "A" rating.

What states are written on an admitted basis?
There are presently 36 states on an admitted basis. Click on this link to see a complete listing. The following states are in pending status, CO, FL, IL, NV, NH and TN and we will provide updates with status changes.

Who will be handling the claims?
Scottsdale will be handling all the claims in their NY office.

Do I have to sign a new producer agreement?
Yes. If your firm was previously appointed by the E-Risk Services group at Wachovia, then you will receive a comparable agreement for signature.
