Saving Application Information Without Submitting

• How often have you started to complete the BAM On-Line Application and either been called away or not had all the information you needed to submit the data to E-Risk Services?

Well, now you have the option of saving the application response you have entered and coming back to them at a later time.  Saving the application response allows you to come back to the application at any later time - in an hour, a day, a week or more.  When you complete the entire application to your satisfaction, you can then Submit it to E-Risk for rating and a quote.

• Here is how it works.

When you are ready to save the data you have entered, click on the Save Application To Submit hyperlink . . .

 

. . . and you will arrive at the following screen.  Check the box next to "Save Application To Complete Later" and click on the "Save Form" button . . .

 

. . . You will then see the following screen notifying you that your application has been saved and  . . .

 

. . . you will get an e-mail containing a link that will enable you to recreate the application with all the data you just entered.  Clicking on the link will open a new BAM On-Line Application form which you can continue to complete.

 

You can save and re-save the application data until you are ready to submit it for a quote.  At that time, simply click on the Submit Application hyperlink and then click on the "Submit Form" button and the system works as it always does.
